• Allow a shorter notice for showing of the home

• Don’t require a 24 hour notice for a showing. Most of the time you’ll probably get around 2-3 hours notice. Most buyers will go on to a different home if they cant get in and see yours.
• If it’s rental property, try to have photos available of the interior prior to the tenants moving in. this way, it’ll give an idea of the property prior to showing
