In March 2007, I had decided since I had been helping many of my clients get their homes ready to sell, I would obtained my accreditation (ASP - Accredited Staging Professional) for Home Staging thru Staged Homes.com. Especially since it is something I have been doing with my clients for years. So I had gone thru the 2 day course, and actually staged a home as the final for the program! It was terrific! It's one of the extra services that I can offer to my clients. I want to give my clients an edge they might not have had! Home Staging has it's advantages. With a little creativity with accessories, reorganizing and helping the seller declutter, makes a home stand out in today's market place. With the fact that buyers can rely on photos on the Internet to narrow their selection, a buyer might pass by some homes that could have fit their needs.
