It’s so important that in today’s market, your home outshines the competition! It’s all about value to the Kansas City homebuyer. Therefore the key is to get your home in tip top shape before you even list the property. I explain to my sellers how the first impression is so important. They have about a total of 1 minute to make a Great First Impression. That sums it up to: the exterior, the front door and the initial impression when they walk in the front door. You say really? The answer is definitely! From the moment the buyer drives up to the house. They’re looking it over. Checking out the front, how it presents itself. What the neighborhood looks like. As they walk up, that front door is so important. As the agent is getting the keys out and opening the door. That Kansas City homebuyer is checking it out even closer. How does it look? Is it clean, nice landscaping, no peeling paint, does it show pride? As the Kansas City home buyer walks into the front door, does it say wow??
Create a Great First Impression:
To help get your Kansas City home ready for sale, I found a great checklist put out by Lowe’s that will help you get organized & ready to put your home on the market. I found this list to be a big help even if you aren’t thinking about selling, and you just want to be better organized in your home or condo.
