The answer is definitely!  From the moment the buyer drives up to the house.  They’re looking it over.  Checking out the front, how it presents itself.  What the neighborhood looks like.  As they walk up, that front door is so important.  As the agent is getting the keys out and opening the door.  That Kansas City homebuyer is checking it out even closer. How does it look?  Is it clean, nice landscaping, no peeling paint, does it show pride?  As the Kansas City home buyer walks into the front door, does it say wow??

Create a Great First Impression:

• Freshen up the landscape.  Add new mulch, get rid of the weeds & add some annual flowers for color & appeal!
• Walk around the outside of your house, and look at it as a buyer would.  Is there any peeling paint?  Windows clean including the storm door.  
• Check your mailbox - make sure the number is readable.  The house numbers easy to see.
• Get your lawn fertilized, and keep that grass looking great with regular mowings.
• Buy a new welcome mat for your potential kansas city home buyer.
